As the success of the Tobin novels escalated, Stan began to develop new characters to satiate the hungry public - Randy Comfort, the hunky unemployed layabout who lands himself a dream job as handyman to the rich and beautiful. Gabriel Horn, the spoilt son of a successful business man who is forced to earn his way onto the board of his Father's company. Albert Shifty, the odd-job man about town who the ladies can't seem to resist. All these characters were destined for further adventures it seems, but sadly events in publishing circa 1978/79 put an untimely halt to the proceedings.
