Synopsis
1968. A documentary regarding the importance of O & M (whatever that is?) in business administration. Two questions are asked - ' How is the work being done?' and 'Is the work being done really necessary?'. What's funny is that my Dad was studying in this area around the same time (it was a big growth area back then) so it's entirely possible that he watched this documentary! The BFI does have a copy in the archive, but we're in no hurry to view it..
